!Daughtry is back on top! For the week of Mar 4, Daughtry's CD made it back to #1 on the Billboard chart, knocking Nora Jones out of first place. We are happy to see Chris back at #1.

Sexy singer Chris Daughtry was a contestant on American Idol season 5 . Chris built a huge fan base on the show, and was seen by many as the person most likely to win. However, Chris was voted off with only 3 contestants remaining. This surprised numerous fans, so much that rumors began to circulate that Chris' phone line was not working properly.

Either way, Chris is a phenomonal singer, and he has demonstrated that he can bring his own flavor to almost any song. His rich rugged voice and unique fingerprint that he brings to any song sets him apart from other singers.

Chris has formed his own band called "Daughtry" and the band debuted its self titled CD, Daughtry on Nov. 21, 2006.

Many fans have recognized Chris' voice in recent promo's for Fox's TV show Prison Break. The Prison Break promo uses Daughtry's single, "It's Not Over". The CD sold 304,000 copies its first week , and hit the charts at #2... Daugthry is flying, and will be a force to reckon with!
